About Jim Komara

After returning from the military in 1991, Jim began his career in real estate and information technology. After becoming licensed at Mike Coman Realtors in Canfield, Ohio, Jim soon began programming applications for real estate for his own use.

FSBO Tracker was one of the first programs Jim sold and it was surprising popular since it was distributed in person, with no marketing to speak of. After several years as a real estate agent and helping other real estate agents with their technology, Jim began working for the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors in the MLS department. His task was to help the association transition from a local mls computer system, to a large regional one with new T-III software. This involved a lot of training classes, preparing materials, attending meetings and making presentations.

As the Internet grew along with real estate, Jim began migrating MLS data for real estate agent and broker web sites. This endeavor sprung into a a new business and that business has been servicing real estate web site and technology customers ever since.
