Jim Komara

Patty Massare

Patty is one of the founders of RealestatePointe along with Jim Komara. She has been a real estate broker for 22 years, formerly owner-partner and Chief Operations Officer of CENTURY 21 Prestige Realty Group, an 18-franchise real estate brokerage with offices in Northeast Ohio, Southwest Florida and the Florida Keys. Patty has served in various capacities for CENTURY 21’s Cleveland/Akron Brokers Council including Trustee and President and as a long-standing member in an international real estate broker brainstorming/consulting group. A graduate of Kent State University, Patty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds several real estate industry designations and certifications. Prior to her real estate career, Patty, along with her husband, founded Massare Marketing, an on-going sales organization involved in the importing and distribution of textile products. Previous to that, she was a Project Manager and Director of Buying Operations for a national retail and distribution company. At RealestatePointe Patty oversees all aspects of the company as well as assists with broker system consulting and sales.

Tony Manhollan

Tony has over fourteen years of experience with Internet technology for the real estate industry. His real estate experience began at Mill Creek (then Prestige) Realty Group, where he worked for seven years prior to joining Realestatepointe.com. During that time, he studied Visual Communication at Ohio University, including Web Development and other interactive media, print design, and photography. At CENTURY 21 Prestige Realty Group he developed and has maintained the company's Internet presence since 1996. While his background began in visual design, his knowledge and expertise has evolved with the quickly-changing technology that makes up the Internet. He has extensive knowledge of the most recent implementations of HTML and CSS, Flash, JavaScript, C# and Asp.NET, and is a member and contributor to The National Association of Realtors RETS user group. Tony is responsible for managing the integrity of our data networks and all the IDX feeds from the MLS’s and leading the programming staff.

Beth McCallister

Beth has over ten years experience in the real estate industry including her past five years as a Web Developer with RealestatePointe. She currently manages all customer accounts for RealestatePointe with tech support, information, communication and instruction. She is also part of the RealestatePointe web development team and creates dynamic data display pages, resource center solutions, email accounts, web and SQL server configurations, as well as creates reports for users, gathers user requirements and implements software solutions for new customers with on-site and on-line training. Beth is an approved CE provider for Real Estate Technology for the State of Ohio Division of Real Estate and currently conducts the new agent orientation once a month for the Warren Area Board of Realtors, where she began her career in real estate as the Assistant to the Executive Officer. She was also an Office Manager for a large well-known real estate franchise for three years providing technology education and support and developing technology solutions for over 100 agents.
